Notifying us of a date for a game

All postponed games should be re-arranged without delay and a new date advised to us. It is vital we know of a new date before the day of the game so we can be ready to receive the result and ensure there is an electronic match card available for you. Please keep an eye on the fixtures section of England Rugby. That is the fixture list we work from - if your game is not shown on there it is because we don't know about it.

If you are reversing home and away games the way to do it is to do one form to move the home game to the date of the away game and a second to move the away game to the date of the home. Do NOT put the same date in both boxes of one form.

This page is ONLY for notifying the date of a new league fixture - it is not for reporting results, walkovers or match postponements. If you are looking to move a cup game you must seek permission by emailing womenscompetitions@rfu.com
